Jeffrey S. Benice has practiced law since 1978. He has a civil and criminal trial practice in federal and state courts.

 

During his career, Mr. Benice has successfully tried strict products liability actions; partnership and breach of fiduciary actions; bankruptcy adversary actions; wrongful termination actions; complex family law actions; entertainment litigation; securities fraud actions; medical malpractice actions; employment/trade secret actions; real estate fraud and commission actions; sexual harassment actions; bankruptcy non-dischargability actions; and state bar disciplinary actions.

 

Mr. Benice is a 1978 graduate of UCLA Law School and was a member of the UCLA Law Review. Mr. Benice externed for United States District Court Judge Irving Hill while at UCLA, and clerked for Justice F. Douglas McDaniel in the California Fourth District Court of Appeal in 1978.

 

Mr. Benice was an associate and partner at Lawler, Felix & Hall from 1979 to 1986, and a partner with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison from 1986 to 1994. Mr. Benice left Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in 1994 to establish his own trial practice.

 

Mr. Benice's criminal trial practice includes defense of serious white-collar crimes and felonies. Mr. Benice practices criminal law in both Federal and State Courts. 

 

Mr. Benice has appeared in numerous print and internet media and on radio and television shows, including 48-Hours and Celebrity Justice.
